About Phở Hương Que | Vietnamese

Vietnamese cuisine restaurant offering pho, rice dishes, stir fries, bubble tea, and more.

Phở Hương Que | Vietnamese is a vietnamese in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is listed at 7211 E Independence Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28227, which places it among the local businesses of Charlotte that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by. Google also lists it under pho restaurant, which is worth knowing if you are comparing several options in the area.

This group covers Japanese, Korean, Thai, Vietnamese, Indian and other Asian cuisines that are not Chinese, and the etiquette varies by kitchen. Japanese and Korean restaurants often take reservations for dinner and may add a service charge for large groups; Thai and Vietnamese spots are usually walk-in and quick-turnover. Spice levels are frequently adjustable on request at Thai, Indian and Sichuan-adjacent menus, so say if you want it mild or hot. Korean BBQ restaurants typically charge per person for all-you-can-eat service with a time limit, and grills are shared at the table. Vietnamese pho shops post bowl sizes (regular or large) and a plate of herbs, bean sprouts and lime is normal to add yourself. Card and tap-to-pay are widely accepted; cash-only is more common at small family-run counters.

Charlotte is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Charlotte follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

We came to your restaurant to dine and stopped by the bubble tea shop next door to grab drinks beforehand. At first, one of your staff told us that outside drinks were not allowed. We understood and respected your policy, so we placed our drinks on the floor by our feet. The bubble tea cups were still completely sealed and untouched. However, your staff came back again and bluntly told us to remove the drinks from the restaurant entirely. Why? They weren’t being consumed, they weren’t on the table, and we had already complied with your initial request. That level of treatment was unnecessary, rude, and completely unprofessional. We were so disappointed by the way we were treated that we lost all interest in dining there and decided to leave. A restaurant should know the difference between enforcing a policy and treating paying customers with basic respect. Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of courtesy and customer service.

Very disappointed with the attitude and customer service. I understand businesses have their own rules, but refusing an outside drink that wasn’t even being consumed felt unreasonable. This kind of policy doesn’t help increase your revenue; it only creates a negative experience for customers. A little more flexibility and kindness would make a big difference. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I will not be coming back.

Everything about this place is great except the portion sizes and the pricing. If you like good food and service, this is a great spot, just know you are going to over pay. I ordered the chicken stir fry with rice and while it did taste amazing, I got mostly loose chicken scraps. Also 8.99 for the spring rolls would not be bad but they only give you the two small pieces that's cut in half instead of the 4 that's in the picture. Lovely ppl and great seasoning but these portion sizes are insane

Menú had a different price. Same plate in other restaurants look bigger than this. It was really small, good flavor though…

This is my first time here as I just recently moved to Charlotte. Went here for lunch and it wasn’t that packed when we got here, but it took a while for the server to even come up to us to ask for drinks. I totally understand that she was the only one serving the entire restaurant, so definitely on the staffing to not have the proper amount of people for a lunch rush. There were a few people who started to come in after us. I normally wouldn’t mind waiting a little bit but my boyfriend was only on a work lunch break so it wasn’t a great experience for us. I’ve been to many many pho restaurants, especially considering it’s one of my favorites… and usually to my surprise they always come out quickly. When you’re known for pho, as this restaurant seems to be because of the sign, you’d think that you are prepared for several pho orders (especially in the winter time). So unless they’re going to try to say that the kitchen is also understaffed, I’m a bit disappointed. The appetizer (spring rolls) took a long time to get as well. They were really small in size for $9. We ordered two phos and it almost feels like they only give very little meat. I’m willing to try this place one more
